My name is Jayci, and I am a Youth Ambassador for Wreaths Across America. I am 16 years old, and honored to be from a family rich in veterans and active duty members of the U.S. Military. Please look around my website, and learn about Jayci's Wreaths for Heroes. Feel free to send me a message if you have questions.
Everyone has a hero. I would love to tell you about mine, and why I think it is so important to honor all the heroes of our country.
My grandparents and parents have instilled in me the desire to serve others. That is why I started Jayci's Wreaths for Heroes. I am working now to honor the fallen that have earned the highest tributes by serving to safeguard the freedoms we so comfortably enjoy. My Grandpa is laid to rest at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery surrounded by other heroes. I hope to insure that each December on National Wreaths Across America Day every headstone is graced with a wreath.
I am writing to invite you, or your company, to join me in a effort to recognize the veterans who have served our country proudly and are now laid to rest at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
My goal, and the goal of Wreaths Across America, is to have a wreath on the grave site of every U.S. veteran at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery each December. Every December Wreaths Across America works with many, many volunteers to lay wreaths at National Cemeteries throughout the United States. The wreaths are $15.00 each, and Small Business Sponsorships are $150.00 for 10 wreaths. Donations in any amount are welcome and deeply appreciated. Donations are tax deductible.
Together, we can insure that each veteran laid to rest in a U.S. National Cemetery is honored on National Wreaths Across America Day.
